Captain (CAPT) Will C. Rogers III, commanding officer of the guided missile cruiser USS VINCENNES (CG 49), speaks during the welcome home ceremony being held for the crew of the VINCENNES. The ship is returning from a six-month deployment to the Western Pacific, Indian Ocean and Arabian Gulf.
