Captorhinomorpha is a suborder of prehistoric reptiles which appeared in the Carboniferous period and became extinct after the Early Permian period.
The suborder includes the earliest known reptiles, with some amphibian features, but their skulls belongs to reptilian forms and differing from amphibians in the structure of the pelvic girdle.
