Cape Collinson

Cape Collinson (traditional Chinese: 歌連臣角), also Hak Kok Tau (黑角頭), is a cape located near Ngan Wan between Siu Sai Wan and Big Wave Bay in the east most point of the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. A lighthouse is erected on the cape.

A road, Cape Collinson Road, routes from Chai Wan up to the slope of Pottinger Peak to the east coast and splits. The road reaches south the Cape Collinson Correctional Institution in Tso Tui Wan and an unnamed road runs north near the cape.

There are many cemeteries and columbarium named after Cape Collinson near Chai Wan under the west slope Pottinger Peak, but they are indeed far from the Cape Collinson. Only association with the cape is that they are in adjacent to Cape Collinson Road.
