I was just wondering, can wikipedia ban people?

Admins have the ability to ban people or IPs from editing Wikipedia, under certain circumstances. Check out WP:BAN for the details and policies :) -- cds(talk) 00:41, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

I made these changes. Because of how the userpage was before, it was included in the Category:Comics user templates which is intended for templates and not for userpages. This happens when a userbox is instead of being included as a template, is included as raw "wikicode".
