[edit] Footnote still Accurate?

• Is the footnote generated "The data has not yet been released and is based on 2001 Census" still accurate? The data I have just accessed for the City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, is given as 100% data and (through the footnote) is listed as having been released 2007-03-13.
• Also, there is a suggested footnote format. Could this be added to the template through the use of "ref" reference tags so that the reference appears in the standard References section, instead of through a text reference generated through this template?
