The general format where a local government area shares the same page as a suburb then when referring to the local government the whole title is the link. as is the case on the article Gnangarra 14:56, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

The Bulk of the Suburb is Canning so I'd say go with Canning the boundry is original alignment of Nicholson Road Gnangarra 13:59, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
