[edit] Two different versions of "DC Implosion" story
The story on this page of why the implosion occurred doesn't match the story on the DC Implosion page. Even the name of the corporation that owned DC at the time is different.
If I had to guess, I would speculate that National Periodical Publications owned DC during the Explosion, and that Warner later bought DC and then ordered the Implosion. That would be a clever way of merging the facts on these two pages. But of course that's just my speculation.
If someone knows the truth, can this be clarified on both pages? — Lawrence King (talk) 13:05, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Merge proposal
It seems to me that the DC Implosion and Cancelled Comic Cavalcade are inextricably linked subjects, and much of the information between the two articles is already duplicated (inconsistently). Combining the two articles would eliminate that duplication and hopefully ensure that the inconsistencies are ironed out. - JasonAQuest (talk) 16:41, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
- I agree - they make two thin articles but could make a pretty solid single article. I'd say merge Cancelled Comic Cavalcade into DC Implosion, as it deals with the aftermath of the implosion. (Emperor (talk) 17:01, 13 March 2008 (UTC))
