Before Jam!(or Neilson) arrived with the Canadian Album Chart, there was the defunct RPM magazine who charted the singles and albums charts in Canada. Currently only the 1990 Albums chart is posted http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RPM_number-one_albums_of_1990 but you can find the rest from 1964 to 2000 at
