Vietnamese uses Latin characters (with diacritics), so ‘Cần Thơ Bridge’ is perfectly within the rules of Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English). See for example the article ‘phở’. – Kaihsu 19:11, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
