Please note that nobody should ever be filed directly in this category. If the person is of French Canadian descent but only speaks English, then they belong in the subcategory Category:Anglophone Canadians of French Canadian descent rather than here, and if they're francophone then this is simply redundant with the appropriate provincial subcategory of Category:French Canadians.
