Canterra Tower is a skyscraper in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Located at 400 3rd Avenue SW, it stands at 177 meters (581 ft) or 45 storeys tall.[1] The building was completed in 1988 and was designed by WZMH Architects in postmodern style.[2] It was build with glass curtain walls on all sides.
The building is managed by Oxford Properties Group, and major tenants include Devon Canada, an oil and gas company and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, one of Canada's largest law firms.
