Canfield High School is a public high school located in Canfield, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Canfield Local Schools district. The school colors are red and black. The Cardinal is the mascot.

Canfield High School is a member of the All American Conference in the Red (Top) Teir. The sports program has seen much success in past years, winning many district titles and competing in regional action. Canfield was a part of the Metro Athletic Conference until its last year in 2008. The MAC joined the Trumbull Athletic Conference to form the All American Conference.
All boys sports play in Division I, except for football which plays Division II.
All girls sports play Division II, expect for Track and Golf which play Division I.
