Candy Davis (born Clare Damaris Bastin on 2 January 1962) is an English actress and model who is best known for her role as the buxom blonde secretary, Miss Belfridge, on the last two series of the popular British sitcom Are You Being Served?. She was one of several British `Page 3' glamour models to take either this role or as nurse to `young' Mr Grace.
Davis was born in London. She married the 2point4 children actor Gary Olsen in 1982, and they later divorced. Davis is said to have retired from acting and is now working as a teacher.
She has appeared on television a few times,notably in The Comic Strip series, though not as a regular. She won a contest which was available on video called `Miss Nude 1982' which must now be something of a collector's item
