Cancelos is a hamlet of Portugal, in the district of Guarda and the town of Mêda.

Agriculture is one of the main employment areas in Cancelos de Baixo.
There are many vineyards. This area is excellent for the wine; among local wines are the wine of Oporto, and the red and white wines.
There are also many olive trees, and several types of agriculture, such as corn, potato and horticultural products.

There is not much trade in Cancelos:
- The coffee restoring company Almeida, which is also a grocer.
- The grocer Francisco.
- An enterprise which produces windows.

- In spring the temperature turns around 25° to 35°C.
- In summer the temperature turns around 38° to 40°C.
- With the autumn the temperature drops to 15° to 25°C.
- In the winter it is of -4° to 10°C.
