The Canberra Gliding Club operates from Bunyan Airfield, 12km north of Cooma in New South Wales, Australia.
The club operates on weekends (weather permitting) and holds two camps during the year. In December and January, a cross country camp is held at Temora in central New South Wales. In August a wave camp is held to take advantage of the local wave conditions.
The club owns and operates two twin seater (SZD Puchacz) and three single seater gliders (DG Flugzeugbau GmbH DG-303, Astir and Jantar) as well as a Piper Pawnee tow plane. Approximately a dozen privately owned gliders also operate from the airfield.
