Canadians of Flemish ancestry

According to the 2001 Canadian census 11,665 Canadians claim full or partial Flemish ancestry. Of the 129,780 people that claimed Belgian ancestry, 80% are Flemish, putting the total number of Flemish Canadians close to 116,000.
