The Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School is located at the Général-Jean-Victor-Allard Building in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
CFLRS is a leadership training school for both primary reservists and the regular forces. Courses include BMQ, IAP, and BOTP. The course is physically, and psychologically demanding and recruits undergo tremendous phsycial and mental stress during the training.
The school's credo is duty, loyalty, integrity, and courage.
