Canadian-Croatian relations are foreign relations between Canada and Croatia. Both countries established diplomatic relations on April 14, 1993. Canada has an embassy in Zagreb. Croatia has an embassy in Ottawa, a Consulate-General (in Mississauga) and a honorary consulate (in Montreal).

In September 1993 Canadian peacekeepers in the Balkans encountered Croatian forces engaged in campaign against Serbs in Croatia called Operation Medak Pocket, and claim to have engaged them in a firefight. This version of events is disputed by Croatian media outlets.
