Can Arat (born January 21, 1984 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a defender playing for the Turkish Premier Super League club Fenerbahçe. He is 1.90 meters tall and weighs 82 kilograms.
He became a regular in the squad after Fábio Luciano was injured in 2006-07 season start but he lost his place 4 weeks into the 2006-07 season to new transfers Diego Lugano and Edu Dracena.

He played 74 times for Fenerbahçe PAF and scored 2 goals.

Can Arat has been called up to the Turkish national football team for the Euro 2008 qualifying group matches. He made his international debut for senior team on 12 April 2006 against Azerbaijan national football team.
He also played 5 matches for national olympic team in 2005 Mediterrean Games and won silver medal.
