Can't Slow Down is the debut album by Saves the Day that was released on August 25, 1998. It was released both on CD and 12" vinyl formats by Equal Vision Records. The album was produced by Steve Evetts. All songs were written by Chris Conley. It was recorded during the winter break of Chris Conley's Senior year of high school.[1]
