In light of the low passing rate on the Rfa page I decided to (more or less) scrap my old requirements (though they are still semi-official and can be viewed at User:Cameron/Old Rfa).
My new requirements are as follows: The user has over 1000 edits; Whilst I don't view an edit count as a sign of good editorship I believe a certain amount of edits have to have been made to be able to verify that the user is capable of peachfully coexisting with other editors and strives to work for the good of the encyclopaedia at all times. As of now I am also fully happy to support, even if the applicant only has a major amount of edits in one administrative area. This is sufficient if the requester states their intent of only working in a specific administrative area. The requester should nevertheless show knowledge in all areas and have read all of the administrative reading list. In my opinion Administrative coaching can only be positive: Such action demostrates a willingness to learn and enough humility to be taught = ). I am fully willing to overlook any minor incivility or non-severe POV-pushing as long as such behaviour has not occurred in the last three months.
