Talk:Camp Carroll, South Korea
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
You can't cite sources about a Unites States Military installation. If you're a soldier, you know you can't, and if you're a civ, you know you shouldn't. I added some ticks to the article about the surrounding area, because many people coming to the sticks of ROK should know that there is a place to get a cheeseburger and fries, if you've had your fill of palm trees and lighting up Grauman's Chinese. Facts not observable from outside the base (also, observations of base actions that may draw inference to the location and importance of base personnel, armament, communications capability, capacity, or even the color of the grass outside post is not cool. I have not had the privilege to serve, but out of respect to those who have, I have deliberately redacted portions of the article I intended to submit. Please use discretion when editing an article about this or any other United States Military installation. Love, Tarkaan (talk) 01:32, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
