Campo nell'Elba is a comune (municipality) on the island of Elba, in the Province of Livorno in the Italian region of Tuscany, located about 140 km southwest of Florence and about 90 km south of Livorno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,292 and an area of 55.6 km².[1]

The municipality of Campo nell'Elba contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Piero, Sant'Ilario, La Pila, Seccheto, and Fetovaia.

Campo nell'Elba borders the following municipalities: Capoliveri, Marciana, Portoferraio.
