The campeche catshark, Parmaturus campechiensis, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae, found only in the Bay of Campeche, Gulf of Mexico, between latitudes 21° N and 18° N, at depths down to 1,100 m. The length of the immature holotype is 16 cm.
The campeche catshark is found on the continental slope.
Reproduction is oviparous.
