Campbell Mithun Tower

Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, the Campbell Mithun Tower is a 42 floor tower located on 9th Street and 3rd Avenue. It was constructed in 1985 as the headquarters of Piper Jaffray, an investment firm.
It is connected to the TCF Bank Tower by the skyway system.
It has a restaurant, deli, convenience store, hair salon, coffee shop, dry cleaners, insurance agency, dentist, sushi bar, and a travel agency. Floors 5, 6, 34 and 35 are mechanical floors, the 42nd floor is a mechanical penthouse.
