Camillo Achilli (born 21 August 1921 in Milan) is a retired Italian footballer who played for Inter Milan and Genoa. After retiring from the game he enjoyed a career as a coach, managing sides such as Lecco, Inter Milan and Palermo. His son is Marco Achilli.
