[edit] Signal box

Status: Open, Signal Box Code: R
The signal box for Camborne is located east of the station, at what used to be Roskear Junction, where there once was a minor branch to the North Roskear mines. This branch line has since closed. The signal box is still open, and controls level crossing and signals around the Redruth and Camborne area. The box was opened circa 1895 and contained 29 levers. The lever frame has been removed and it now contains an IFS control panel.
