[edit] List of songs about the Vietnam War
I noticed you are one of the primary editors on this list. I thought you might like to know I've taken an interest in the list and have been adding songs to it. One thing I have been trying to do is dd a brief line mentioning what part of the Viet Nam war the song talks about, for example - a particular battle, city or aspect of the wwar. Aspect would include protest against the war, Post Traumatic Stress disorder after coming home etc. etc. I'd like to see this list grow and become a good reference source.Lisapollison 07:41, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Dawson shooting(s)
You recently added a bunch of incidents supposedly-related to the Dawson College shooting. The only evidence I see linking those events is your edit summary stating that you "don't think it's a coincidence." Could you please add verifiable references supporting your assertion to each incident? Thanks! --ElKevbo 21:25, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 2006-2007 School Shooting Outbreak
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article 2006-2007 School Shooting Outbreak, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. - I didn't make the article. I only moved it to a different page. --Callmarcus 22 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Laci Peterson
You deleted this last time, I am reposting: Why did you remove Laci Peterson from the list at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_white_woman_syndrome#Mentioned_by_Media --76.102.235.60 21:58, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Dropkick Murphys
I have replaced AC/DC as a DKM band influence. AC/DC is listed by DKM as an influence on their official website. Read the cited article before you make edits that are your opinion and not factual.
[edit] July 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from War & Peace Vol. 2 (The Peace Disc). Please be more careful when editing pages and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. / edgarde 04:36, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Boogie Down Productions and Beastie Boys
Are the Beastie Boys somehow related to BDP? If not, they should have their own sections. Also, if the Beasties aren't quite gangsta rap themselves (most would argue they are not), it might be best to trim biographical info that doesn't pertain directly to the topic of Gangsta rap. / edg ☺ ★ 02:57, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Southwest Center City
Hello, I noticed you were involved in the recent editing of Southwest Center City and Schuylkill. I have started a discussion here as to whether or not to merge the two articles and hope you will put in thoughts. Thanks Sbacle 12:49, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Yusuf Hawkins
Please stop removing cited info. If you feel certain info is incorrect, please provide a new citation for it. Thank you. MrBlondNYC 05:57, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Deftones
Please don't remove the genre placement information from the lead of the Deftones article without giving any justification in your edit summary. I realise at the moment that the lead section is not ideal but I see it as serving two purposes at the moment:
- People are constantly adding and removing genres to the lead/infobox. I've correctly cited all the ones that are currently there and this should deter people from just chopping and changing because they think this or that.
- I am going to eventually re-write the lead and move much of the information currently in it to some kind of "Musical style and influences" section. Seeing as I'm busy at the moment rewriting the band history, I just haven't gotten round to this, but still see no harm in leaving well referenced information in the lead.
Please take this into consideration and bring it up on the talk page if you feel strongly that it should be removed. - Phorque (talk) 05:01, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Turkish Americans?
Hi, Turks are not European, they are already listed in the Asian-American group. Koalorka (talk) 05:42, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Tasker, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
A tag has been placed on Tasker, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. JamieS93 23:08, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
