You've tagged this as "promophoto", but it does not seem to be from Delaney's site. Why do you think it is a promotional photo from her? AnonEMouse (squeak) 13:47, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

You keep putting up the old Target logo...just an FYI Target officially replaced it with the big bullseye and small text underneath. --Kpeanut 21:07, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

Driven to Tears / Rule of the Dumb

In case you didn't know, on Talk:List of SpongeBob SquarePants episodes, a user has a source for this episode, but it's a German website. Squirepants101 02:20, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Big Bear Changes

On big bear stores I apperciate your help, however removing the type of store from the listing wasn't helpful. I've got another 20 or so more locations to add, and it's much appercaited when you make sweeping changes that you at least have the courtsey to contact the person that added them first. I'm going to add back the location type unless you have a valid specific reason for it's removal; also additional information about the stores seems to be acceptible in the other wiki pages I've seen; so I'm puzzeled as to why you felt the need to remove it. --JaredCMH 03:30, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Prod v. AfD

I noticed you reverted the article Rule of the Dumb when someone removed the prod information. Proposed deletion (prod) is only for uncontested, uncontroversial deletions. By definition, if anyone removes the prod template, the deletion is contested. If you still think an article should be deleted after that, it must be sent to Articles for Deletion where it can be discussed. I have done that and you are welcome to participate in the discussion. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Cheers! --Ginkgo100 talk · e@ 15:10, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Circuit City Logo

How was your edit to the page beneficial to the article? The image you placed there is only 180×173 and doesn't even appear to be an actual, official logo for the company, but a recreation made by somebody else. The shading on the letters is off & the highlights in the red background make it pretty obvious it's not an actual company logo. Don't you think we should change it back to the one that was on there before? Staus 14:10, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:LOGO circuitcity.PNG

Thanks for uploading Image:LOGO circuitcity.PNG. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jesse Viviano 10:06, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:LOGO circuitcity.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:LOGO circuitcity.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Jesse Viviano 10:08, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

The Fairly OddParents

Hi, I just wanted to tell you that someone vandalized all of the titles and some of the descriptions of the Fairly Oddparents. I tried to fix as much as I could, but can you please notify the IP address and try to fix them because I don't know all of that info. Thanks!--Patrickrox11 23:35, 3 November 2006 (UTC)Patrickrox11

Image:RoseanneBarr.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:RoseanneBarr.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Chowbok 02:46, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:example.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:example.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:04, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

Please don't re-add {{dated prod}} template if it is deliberately removed

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from The Gift of Gum, which I proposed for deletion, because its deletion has previously been contested or viewed as controversial. Proposed deletion is not for controversial deletions. For this reason, it is best not to re-propose deletion of articles that have previously been de-{{prod}}ed, even by the article creator, or which have previously been listed on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. If you still feel the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article, but feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks!
