I'm Callum. I live in Scotland, United Kingdom. My academic interests are in Ancient Egypt, Modern Art, Deep Sea Research and Apple Macintosh Computers. I have been programming HTML (as we used to call it!) since 1998, I now write a blog. I am not at all interested in the phenomenon of Web 2.0, Google or Social Networking, if they work that's great. I believe companies involved may be a Wolf in Sheep's clothing.

I'm also the creator of a rather popular iBlog template, named Coppola. Although only a weekend project I've become a one-man support operation for its users. It will be upgraded using modern understanding of CSS as soon as iBlog becomes useful again.

I do enjoy the Outdoors, Photography, Michael Palin, History (Ancient and Modern) and Design. I intend to travel and write, and finish this page one day.

I'm read Chekhov, Hemmingway and Palin.

My first Wikipedia entry was for Meta Comment, which is also the name of my Weblog.
