Caleb Liu currently works as a Research Assistant at the S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS). He was formerly a Foreign Service Officer in the Middle East section of the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He was educated at Anglo Chinese School (Independent) and Anglo-Chinese Junior College before being awarded a Jardine Foundation Scholarship to pursue a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Trinity College, University of Oxford.

Among his varied interests, he enjoys readings, film, theatres (especially musicals), music (anything from Bach to Nirvana), quizzes and trivia, among others.
