[edit] Late 20th century

Ah, I had supposed the accidents were related to the lack of a stripe on the road, but access from side roads and broadsiding doesn't look like the head-on collisions that would result from an as-yet-uninvented stripe. Now I have another question: Is the road known as "Blood Alley" today, or has that name fallen into disuse now? Have there been some improvements to safety since then? -- ke4roh 01:30, 17 Jun 2004 (UTC)
