[edit] California State Route 440...hmm...

After thinking about it, and reading cahighways.org's entry on California State Route 440 (http://www.cahighways.org/371-480.html#440), I wonder if such information is needed on the pre-1964 route. Wait, pre-1964? Did it really have a modern shield such as shown in the minibox? Either replace with an historic shield, or maybe just remove the box altogether and put a note instead saying SR-44 was at one time SR-440? I know I did make the redirect from California State Route 440, but I don't think the minibox should be included. --Geopgeop 09:28, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Ok, I said to remove the minibox, but did I say to remove all mention of the route altogether? --Geopgeop 14:34, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
