I wouldn't say the article is too terribly biased, but it is largely copied and pasted from http://www.conservation.ca.gov/index/AboutUs/Pages/aboutUs.aspx. It seems like it could use some significant revision to make the POV more neutral, and to sound more encyclopedic in general. I checked the copyright information, and fortunately the text of the website is in the public domain, so there is no issue there. Zahnrad (talk) 10:12, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
