Talk:Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church

[edit] Cleanup
I have cleaned up some of the wiki markup, and (importantly) linked it to some of the other Seventh-day Adventist pages. If you know of any other Adventist pages "orphaned" from the main group, please place them in Category:Seventh-day Adventist Church or the relevant subcategory, and add a few "See also" links.
I would like to invite any contributors to join Wikipedia:WikiProject Seventh-day Adventist Church.
I have removed most of the external links, as they don't belong on this page and are already included on other, more suitable pages. Here they are if anyone wants them for reference:
- Davidian Seventh-day Adventist: Fundamental beliefs Compare with the 28 official fundamental beliefs of Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Adventist Mission The official Mission website of the Adventist Church
- Biblical Research Institute The official Theological Research Center
- Ellen G. White Estate
- Adventist News Network
- Adventist Review The official Seventh-day Adventist Church periodical
- Global Mission The official project giving website of the Adventist Church
- Adventist Directory Locate Adventist Entities

- Adventist Statistics Statistical Information and Reports
- Adventist Yearbook The Official Organizational Directory
- The Hope Channel The Official Television Network of the Church

[edit] Reply
In reply to an email received by one editor:
- "I am going to ask you this nicely, please do not delete any information on the Calhoun SDA Church wikipedia. Once again I asked you nicely not to delete any information on the Calhoun SDA Church wikipedia. Thank you for your co-operation."
I wish to respond that all I deleted was most of the external links, which are already found on the Seventh-day Adventist Church page anyway, and the tag asking for the page to be protected. Here are my three edits to this page - first edit, second edit and third edit. The most recent deletion was made by another editor. You might like to have a look at Wikipedia:Introduction. If you disagree with the changes other editors have made, then feel free to make further changes yourself, preferably working towards consensus and Neutral Point of View (NPOV). Controversial topics should be discussed on the talk page before big changes are made.
Please reply here rather than by email. I listed my email for anyone who wished to carry on personal correspondence with me. Correspondence related to improving Wikipedia articles is properly placed on the talk pages so that everyone can be involved in the dialogue. All the best with your time on Wikipedia.
