I notice that the 71st PA and the Philadelphia Brigade are included in this category. I know that these units were originally designated as California units but as far as I know they were composed largely of Pennsylvanians with few if any Californians. I don't think this is enough basis for inclusion of these articles in this category. Wild Wolf (talk) 22:29, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
