Calvin Tang

Calvin Tang is founder and Chief Operating Officer of the social media web site Newsvine.com, located in Seattle, Washington, and the founder of Northwest Dive Club - a regional club with several hundred members that caters to SCUBA divers who are primarily located in Washington State, Oregon and Alaska. He is also a member of the Bellevue Business Roundtable, an organization with ties to the original business owners of the City of Bellevue, WA.

Calvin Tang graduated in 2000 from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis on Premedical Sciences. He was formerly a photographer and contributing writer for Untamed Travel, and has been involved with several business ventures, relating to real estate development, sourcing and manufacturing, entertainment and hospitality. Tang is also a certified Helicopter Ski Guide, Divemaster and formerly performed as a Disc Jockey.
