Callixalus pictus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Callixalus. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and possibly Uganda. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
