Callinectes bocourti (common name, blunt-tooth swimming crab) is a species of swimming crab. They live mainly in the Atlantic Ocean. They can range from the gulf of Mexico to the Caribbean. Populations have been have in the coast of northern south America. The Crab has red claws and legs. The shell light brown with red spots and markings on it. They have been use in commercial fishing. It is prepare the same way as Blue crabs. The species was formally known as Cancer pelagicus.
