Califronia mountain kingsnake

Lampropeltis zonata or the California Mountain kingsnake is a colubrid snake that resides only in the western states of Oregon, and California. It is a coral snake mimic, having a similar pattern consisting of red, black and yellow on it's body, but, however, the snake is completely harmless. As it's name suggests, the California Mountain kingsnake, resides mostly on the mountains of it's region.
