California University Television (CUTV) is a college Television station serving California University of Pennsylvania and over 100,000 households in the Monongahela River Valley. CUTV, like WCAL-FM is owned and operated by the Student Association, Incorporated and broadcasts from the Media Suite of the Natali Student Center on the California University campus.

In addition to several Final Cut Pro digital editing suites, CUTV studios boast a production room with DVCPro digital video equipment, DV-Cameras, a Master Control Room and a fully-equipped mobile television truck, which is used by the station for production of many Cal Vulcan sporting events.

CUTV produces a variety of programming throughout the school year, including CUTV NewsCenter, which reports local and national news, sports, entertainment and weather on a weekly basis. In addition, CUTV Sports covers Vulcan Football, Men's & Women's Soccer, and the High School Game of the Week in the fall and Volleyball, Men's & Women's Basketball, and Softball in the winter and spring.

CUTV has won many awards for it's programming, including "Station of the Year" by the National Association of College Broadcasters (NACB), "Best College TV News Broadcast", Eastern Region, by the Society of Professional Journalists, and several Telly Awards for sports, entertainment and magazine programs.
