State Route 266 is a short, approximately 12-mile (19 km) long, state highway in California, USA. It runs from Nevada State Route 264, Fish Lake Valley Road, at the Nevada border 7.4 miles north of the intersection with State Route 168 at the tiny community of Oasis, California to Nevada State Route 266, Lida Road, at the Nevada border 4.3 miles east of Route 266.
This route is part of the California Freeway and Expressway System[2].

The western terminus is at the California-Nevada border. The eastern terminus is also at the California-Nevada border east of the intersection with SR 168.
