California Muscle

California Muscle, Inc., is a clothing company that sells men's underwear and swimwear. The company received some exposure in the media when its underwear was featured on the Showtime show, Queer As Folk, and when one of its models, Evan Marriott, was selected as Joe Millionaire on the Fox TV show of the same name.

Based in Los Angeles, California, California Muscle, Inc., was started in 1985 and originally sold workout wear to bodybuilders at Venice Beach. Like International Male, their mail order catalog features large, muscular models and the company is quite popular with the gay subculture. Their shift in clientele pushed their clothing designs in the direction of fetish wear with faux leather clothes and underwear and swimwear that feature male enhancing contraptions.

  • Stimulator Liner - Two glory holes are cut into the lining to allow easy access to the penis and testicles.
  • Adjuster Ring - An adjustable, rubber support ring that can be cut to fit to provide support and lift.
  • Gizmo Ring - A combination of the noose ring and the wraparound ring.
  • Invigorator Ring - Like the Adjuster Ring, but attached to the bottom of the pouch so that the underwear can be worn backless.
  • Maximizer Ring - An inner elasticized, fabric support ring used to support and uplift the male anatomy.
  • Sin Ring - A double noose fabric ring suspended by elastic that wraps around the penis and testicles to provide lift for an enlarging effect.
  • Python Rings - Two rubber rings that can be cut to fit are suspended from the waistline to provide support and enhancement.
  • Toggle Ring - A latex loop with an adjustble toggle ball that slides to adjust the loop as tight as desired.
  • Wraparound Ring - A supportive and uplifting fabric ring that is pulled underneath from the back and then covered by a front pouch.
  • Coutour Pouch - A form-fitting, elastic-lined support pouch that uses a center seam to accentuate and lift the pouch for an enlarging effect.
  • Detonator Pouch - Two elastic side straps that push the form-fitting pouch down to make the pouch stretch around its contents.
