The California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, or the BTH, is a state cabinet-level agency in the government of California. The Business, Transportation and Houseing Agency is responsible for oversight of 13 departments within the state government.[1] The agency's broad range of responsibilities include transportation management and construction, traffic control, state policing, alcohol regulation, automobile registration, corporate regulation, housing, real estate, and tourism promotion.
The current Secretary for Business, Transportation and Housing is Dale E. Bonner, and is a member of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's cabinet.
