California, Ohio is a small neighborhood in the city of Cincinnati, also commonly called Grove Park. It is located on the banks of the Ohio River. Because of this, many of its historical homes have water damage. It is not uncommon to see a home with two or three stories only being inhabited on the uppermost story. California borders the Cincinnati neighborhoods of Mt. Washington, Linwood, the East End, and Columbia-Tusculum, as well as Anderson Township.

California has earned the nickname "Cincinnati's Playland" because of its many recreation destinations.[citation needed] These include:

- Riverbend Music Center
- River Downs Racetrack (Horse racing center)
- Lebo's Karaoke Bar
