California's 29th congressional district covers part of Los Angeles County and takes in Alhambra, San Gabriel, Burbank, Glendale, South Pasadena, Glendale, Temple City, Monterey Park, and Pasadena. It is represented by Democrat Adam Schiff.

John Kerry received 61% of the vote in this district in 2004; George W. Bush received 37%.[1] The district voted for Arnold Schwarzenegger 50-44% in 2006,[2] Dianne Feinstein 64-31% in 2006,[3] Barbara Boxer 64-31% in 2004,[4] keeping Gray Davis 51-49%[5] and Schwarzenegger 47-34%[6] in 2003, and Davis 52-39% in 2002.[7]
