California's 13th congressional district is a California Congressional District that includes portions of Alameda and Santa Clara counties. The current Representative for this district is Democrat Pete Stark.

John Kerry received 71% of the vote in this district in 2004; George W. Bush received 28%.[1] The district voted for Phil Angelides 52-42% in 2006,[2] Dianne Feinstein 75-20% in 2006,[3] Barbara Boxer 73-23% in 2004,[4] keeping Gray Davis 63-37%[5] and Cruz Bustamante 47-32%[6] in 2003, and Davis 63-27% in 2002.[7]
