California's 10th Assembly District is one of 80 districts in the California State Assembly. It is currently represented by Republican Alan Nakanishi of Lodi.

The district currently consists of all of Amador County and parts of:
- El Dorado (El Dorado Hills)
- Sacramento (Arden-Arcade [partly], Carmichael [partly], Elk Grove [partly], Florin [partly], Gold River, La Riviera, Laguna, Laguna West-Lakeside [partly], Rancho Cordova, Rancho Murieta, Rosemont, Sacramento [a small portion], Vineyard [mostly])
- San Joaquin Counties (Lincoln Village [mostly], Lodi, North Woodbridge, South Woodbridge, Stockton [partly]).

The 10th district is a competitive district, with 43.9% of registered voters being registered Republican and 40.8% registered Democrats.
