Caleb Patteson-Sewell (born May 20, 1987) is an Australian soccer player who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Red Bull New York of Major League Soccer.

Patterson-Sewell began his youth career in Australia with Toowoomba Raiders junior soccer system. While at the club he was regarded as one of the nations most promising junior talents. His play with Toowoomba helped him draw the interest of numerous european clubs. In 2004 Caleb Patterson-Sewell joined R.S.C. Anderlecht's reserve side. He than joined Sheffield Wednesday's reserve side. His play at Wednesday did not go unnoticed by bigger clubs. He was offered a chance to join Liverpool's under 19 side and spurnned Wednesdays contract offers. He appeared in 4 reserve matches for Liverpool in 2005. Once his passport ran out Patterson-Sewell returned to Australia to sign a temporary deal with Toowoomba Raiders. He was expected to return to Belgium and play for a Liverpool feeder club. Instead, in 2007 he signed with American USL Second Division side Cleveland City Stars in hopes of impressing Major League Soccer clubs. While with Cleveland City, Patterson-Sewell helped the club to its first ever qualification to the US Open Cup in 2007. In eight appearance he had a goals against average of 1.00, including three shut-outs. In early 2008 Patterson-Sewell went on trial with Major League Soccer side Red Bull New York. His play impressed and he was signed by the club.
