Calaca is a 1st class municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 58,489 people in 11,306 households. The current mayor of the municipality is Sofronio "Nas" C. Ona .

It is also the home of the lively Calacatchara festival named after the famous philippine dish Atcahara (made from papaya).
